Knowledge that holds. And stays current.
Every knowledge item has an owner, an approval and an expiry date.

Statements from interviews and documents are structured into one version that teams and AI use.
- 2

Frequently asked questions
What is an MCP server?
MCP stands for Model Context Protocol, an open standard through which AI assistants and agents access knowledge sources and functions. Through the Omnora MCP server your agents retrieve verified knowledge.
What is the difference between the RAG and REST API?
The RAG API returns answers including sources, ideal for chatbots. The REST API returns raw data for your own applications and workflows.
What comes out of an interview?
Depending on need: video training with quizzes, AI chat, playbooks, knowledge articles, SOPs and podcasts. The goal is use, not storage.
How does the knowledge stay current?
Validation questions, owners and expiry dates ensure that outdated content is spotted and updated in a controlled way.
Is our knowledge used to train AI?
No. Customer data is never used for model training. Hosting is in data centres in Germany, processing in the EU, with no data transfer to the US.
