An initiative is a project with a clear goal, for example offboarding yourself, offboarding someone else, capturing processes or building a corporate brain. You pay per initiative, not per head.
Can I add more interviews to an initiative?
Yes. The Business plan gives you 5 interviews per month. With yearly billing, the full allowance of 60 interviews is available at once. For more volume, the Enterprise plan is the right fit.
Who can take part in the interviews?
Anyone you invite: yourself, colleagues or the person leaving the company. From Business onwards, external contacts without an Omnora account too. Additional accounts are free.
Can I switch from Business back to Free?
No. Switching from Business back to the Free plan is not possible.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. This applies to every plan. Hosted in Germany, processed in the EU, no data transfer to the US.
Is there a minimum company size?
No. The Free plan is open to any company, and you can book Business from a single licence.
How quickly can I start with Business?
You order online: choose licences and billing, pay by invoice. We activate your access with our order confirmation by email.
Are prices net?
Yes. All prices are in EUR, plus VAT at the statutory rate.
